Gold, silver, copper and iron kestnertiles found along the wall on our ground floor, feature the names of those who have donated generously to the renovation project of our new exhibition space, located since 1997 on Goseriedestraße by the Steintor. The tiles make reference to the history of the house as a public swimming pool by copying the size and shape of the pool’s original tiles.
Come tile with us, and help us cover the costs of this transformation of a historical monument into a modern exhibition hall. When the wall is covered from floor to ceiling with tiles of contribution and support, all construction debts will have been paid. Please select your desired tile in iron, copper, silver or gold and indicate what is to be engraved upon the tile. This can be your name or the name of a loved one to whom you would like to dedicate this gift. Even a marriage proposal has been inscribed onto a tile, attesting to the potential of the use.
